I always read Nancy's newsletter!
As a person dedicated to the helping professions myself, I appreciate Nancy Clayton's approach to her clientele. Though I'm sure we may disagree on many issues, although I have not found that to be, we agree on the focus of one's profession and that focus is not sales but service. Nancy is not only skilled in what she does as part of her service, but she takes the time to listen and to respond and to think about how best to serve her patrons. I am a hard sell and anyone with whom I deal must be willing to work with us within the context of meeting my needs, which go far beyond the sales arena. I have angered many a person because they've tried to make a sale rather than to serve my needs. Did Nancy Clayton perform her job? Most certainly. Would I call Nancy Clayton in the future? No question. Would I seek her advice on resources in Falmouth of which I was a novice? I already have and have not been disappointed. How many newsletters come by my desk in a week? Too many for us to list but I always read hers.

First Time Buyers >Locate Your Lifestyle
If you are looking for a new home, it is important to communicate with your real estate agent about any special aspects of your lifestyle that will influence your choice. This information will help your agent to locate the perfect home for you and your family.
Are you a gourmet cook who loves giving lots of parties? Do you want space to accommodate hobbies such as painting, photography, or woodworking? Will your decision be influenced by the accessibility of a community gym, a golf course or tennis courts? Does your son need space to rehearse with his rock band? Do you need a home office? Are you planning to enlarge your family? Is there someone in your household who cannot climb stairs?
Knowing the significant factors that will influence your housing decision helps the agent to narrow the selection of homes on the market.
